The challenge
- A strong program whose record was hard to find on the old site
- Five regions to explain in one place
- Tryout registration living on a separate platform, LeagueApps
We designed and built a new website for Time to Sign Sports, an elite travel baseball program with teams in five US regions. It opens like a highlight reel, shows the program's record in the first scroll and moves every family toward one step: register for a tryout through LeagueApps.
Real screenshots from the live site. Every feature here is one you can try at timetosignsports.com.

The site opens with an animated TTS wordmark, then a video hero cut from the program's own footage, with a separate portrait cut for phones. The proof numbers, 1,000+ commitments, 180+ drafted and 30+ MLB alumni, sit right under it.

An interactive map of the eastern US marks the five regions with numbered pins. Pick one and it opens with its states, a photo, a short story and buttons to explore the region or register for its tryout.

All 1,043 college commitments live in one list with college logos. Families search by player or college, or filter by graduating class from 2010 to 2027, and the same records feed the homepage and the recruiting page.

The tryouts page lists every upcoming session with its date, venue and price. Each Register button opens that session's LeagueApps registration, so a parent goes from reading to signing up in one click.

Recruiting is part of the offer, so the homepage shows the private folder every team player receives. Families click through all ten parts, from player profile to action center, before they ever come to a tryout.

Each region has its own page with a map, the states it covers, the 14U to 17U teams, its leaders and its tryouts, plus the four steps from tryout to getting recruited.
Most families arrive on a phone, so the tryout button lives in the header, the hero reel plays in a portrait cut and each region page opens on its map.
