01

General

What does AG WebWorx do?
We are a Top Rated Plus WordPress studio: custom WordPress design and build, custom web apps, technical SEO and speed work, brand and visual systems, and monthly care plans. Senior-led, fixed scope, fixed price.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
The studio is based in Cagayan Valley, Philippines, and works with brands worldwide. We have been on Upwork since 2011 with a Top Rated Plus rating.
Are you a single freelancer or a team?
A small team. A senior leads every project and you meet everyone involved before you sign. Every member has a verifiable Upwork profile.
Do you only work in WordPress?
WordPress is our core, including WooCommerce and custom application work on it. For workloads that call for it we also build headless or hybrid, and we say so during scoping rather than forcing every project through one approach.
02

Process & timeline

How long does a typical WordPress build take?
Most marketing sites run four to six weeks from kick-off to launch, including content, design, build, and QA. WooCommerce projects typically run six to ten weeks. Every proposal includes a written delivery estimate.
Do I see the design before it is built?
Always. Key templates are designed in Figma and you sign off before any code is written. One structured revision round is included so the build starts from a design you have already approved.
What is the process, start to finish?
A discovery call, then a written fixed-price scope within 48 hours, then design in Figma, then the build, then QA and launch with a walkthrough. The same senior dev runs it end to end, no briefing chain.
Will my site be easy to update after launch?
Yes. Every build ships with a short Loom video showing how to edit pages, add posts, and update content. We use Beaver Builder or Elementor Pro precisely because they stay editable by non-developers.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support while your team settles in. After that you can self-manage or move onto an optional care plan. There is no lock-in.
03

Pricing & billing

How much does a project cost?
Starting points: WordPress design and build from $1,800, custom web apps from $3,500, SEO and technical audits from $300, brand and visual systems from $1,000. The exact figure is fixed in a written scope after a short call. See the pricing page for detail.
What does "from" mean?
It is the realistic starting point for that kind of work. The final number is set after scoping and written into a fixed quote, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. For work contracted directly, we take a 40% upfront deposit, with the balance on milestones as they are delivered. On Upwork, we start as soon as the milestone is funded in escrow, so no separate deposit is required.
What currency, and how do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. You can pay directly or through our Upwork agency; through Upwork you can pay in your local currency and Upwork handles conversion and payment protection.

Working with us (Upwork)

Can we hire you through Upwork instead of directly?
Absolutely. Many clients prefer our verified Top Rated Plus agency profile for the added Upwork protection and payment safety. The work, team, and pricing are identical. Our profile is at upwork.com/agencies/agbwebworx.
Is it cheaper to hire direct?
No, the price is the same either way. The choice is about how you prefer to contract and pay, not cost.
How do I verify your team is real?
Every member has a public Upwork profile with history and a verified status. You meet the whole team before you sign, and the profiles are linked from the team page.
05

Care & maintenance

What if I just need help with an existing WordPress site?
Care plans are designed exactly for that. We take on existing sites at any state, run a free initial audit, and either fix things in your monthly hours or quote a separate sprint if the work is larger. We currently maintain over 100 WordPress sites.
Is there a contract lock-in on care plans?
No. Care plans are month to month. You can change tiers or cancel any time with 14 days notice, and you keep all access and backups.
Do unused care hours roll over?
No. Care-plan hours do not roll over. Your allocation refreshes at the start of each month, so each month starts fresh.
What if something breaks after an update?
Updates are tested with a restore point taken first, on staging where the plan includes it, so a bad update is a quick rollback rather than an outage.
06

Technical

Do you offer hosting?
Yes. We offer a secure, competitively priced managed hosting plan at $25/month, set up and migrated as part of launch. If you would rather stay on your own host, we can work with that too and handle the migration.
Is performance really included?
Yes. A Core Web Vitals budget is agreed in the scope and measured at handover. Speed is part of building it properly, not a separate paid fix afterward.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings?
No one credible guarantees rankings. We guarantee the foundation is fixed: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, and intent-aligned content. That is what sustainably moves rankings.
Do I own the code and the work?
Completely. Source, credentials, and documentation are handed over at launch. No lock-in and no per-seat licensing from us.
