We started on Upwork in 2011 and never stopped. Fifteen years later AG WebWorx is a small, senior-led studio based in the Cagayan Valley, Philippines, working with founders and teams across the world. The model has stayed deliberately simple: a senior developer scopes your project, designs it, builds it, and ships it, then is still there when you have a question after launch.
That is the opposite of how most agencies run. There is no junior hand-off, no briefing chain, no bait-and-switch between the person you hired and the person who shows up. Everyone on the team is trained in-house and carries a public, verifiable Upwork profile, so you can see exactly who is working on your site before you sign.
We stay narrow on purpose: WordPress design and build, custom web apps, technical SEO and speed work, brand and visual systems, and monthly care. Doing a focused set of things for a long time is what lets fifteen years of pattern recognition pay you back, instead of charging you to learn on the job.
