One fixed price, written down before we start. No hourly meter and no long contract.
Launch price, first five practices
$800
One time, for a 10-page practice website, paid in two halves.
About 2 weeks from our first call to launch, once we have your photos and the basics about your practice. Week 1 is the call, your content and the design. Week 2 is the build, your review and the launch.
Your logo if you have one, photos of the doctor, the team and the office, the conditions or services you want pages for, your hours and locations, and your booking and patient portal links. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what and help fill the gap.
Yes. You keep your domain and we point it to the new site at launch. If your old site has pages Google already knows, we redirect them to the matching new pages so you keep that traffic.
Forms on the site never ask for medical information. They take a name, a phone number or email and a short message, nothing about health. Booking and patient records stay in your practice's own HIPAA-ready systems, such as your scheduler and patient portal, and the website links to them.
We help. You send what you have, even rough notes, and we shape it into clear pages written for patients. You review and approve every page before launch, because you know your medicine best.
Send us the change. On the $25 plan we quote any change before doing it. If you expect regular edits, the Care plan at $99 a month includes 2 developer hours every month for edits, fixes and new sections.
Your choice, same price. The $25 plan includes our fast cloud hosting with free SSL, or we look after the site on the host you already have. Either way you own the site, the domain and every login.
Hosting or care on your own host, monthly WordPress, theme and plugin updates, daily off-site backups, a daily malware, blacklist and vulnerability scan, and uptime checks every 5 minutes. It is month to month, so you can cancel any time.
