The challenge
- Patients arrive frightened, with little idea of what radiation treatment involves
- Two centers with different doctors, hours and phone numbers
- Staff who need to update pages without a developer
We designed and built a new website for a radiation oncology practice with centers in Arlington and Fort Worth, Texas. It explains treatment in plain words, makes it easy to call the right center, and runs on a custom WordPress theme where the staff edit every page through simple fields.

The homepage leads with what the practice does and puts a call button for each center side by side, so patients ring the right one first time. The main treatments sit underneath as quick links, with the practice's partners just below.

Each doctor has a profile with his training, board certification, the center where he treats, the treatments offered there and reviews from real patients. A booking button and his center's number sit next to his photo.

Each center has its own page with a map, address, fax, opening hours, parking and directions, who treats you there and the conditions seen at that center.

Every treatment page explains what it is, how it works, who it is for and how many sessions it takes, in language a patient can follow. Consultation and call buttons for both centers sit under the headline.

The treatments hub lists all seven treatments with a short, plain description of each, and explains how a radiation oncologist chooses the right one.

New patients get a page that says what happens from the first call onwards: what to bring, the six stages of treatment, and quick links to forms, insurance, FAQs and the patient portal.
On a phone, both centers' numbers sit in a bar at the bottom of every page, one tap from a call.

The new site kept the practice's existing page addresses so search rankings carried over, and every page ships with titles, descriptions, breadcrumbs and medical clinic structured data. In its first weeks, weekly Google impressions grew from 24 to 758 and weekly visitors from 93 to 158. Numbers from Google Search Console and GA4.
