Recover Asia: Shopify, run properly.
Recover Asia sells cold plunges, infrared saunas, and compression recovery gear across Asia. Since June 2026 AG WebWorx has been the store's development team: auditing what past developers left behind, putting every change under version control, and shipping conversion and SEO work week after week.
A recovery brand, run like a product.
Not a one-off build. A standing engagement where the store is treated like a software product: audited, version-controlled, verified before every release.
Recover Asia, a Hong Kong based recovery-equipment brand selling across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Shopify (Online Store 2.0) with Shopify Markets, regional pricing, and per-country storefront behaviour in six currencies.
Theme and SEO audits, CRO and A/B testing support, modular page rebuilds, multi-market payment plans, ongoing development.
Ongoing since June 2026. Weekly syncs, per-session worklogs, and monthly reporting to the founder and marketing lead.
An inherited store, carrying years of quick fixes.
The store had been touched by a series of developers with no handoff between them: eighteen unpublished theme copies, three overlapping A/B testing tools loading on every page, and edits made straight to the live theme, which is how a release had already dented sales once before we arrived.
So the engagement started with evidence, not opinions:
- A full theme architecture audit covering 126 sections, 109 snippets, and 19 templates, so every later change is made knowing what it touches.
- An 80-URL indexing audit that surfaced duplicate titles, multi-H1 templates, and a test page sitting in the sitemap.
- A written engagement plan the client approved before any code changed: workflow first, then fixes.

The work, week after week.
Six threads run through the whole engagement. Every one of them is still in service today.
Version control for the theme
The live theme now syncs to GitHub. Every change ships as a pull request and any release can be rolled back by commit. No more mystery edits.
A staging theme that mirrors live
All work is built and verified on an unpublished staging copy first. Going live is an atomic publish, and going back takes seconds.
Page rebuilds the client can edit
Product pages rebuilt as modular sections where every heading, image, and video is a theme-editor setting. The team updates content without a developer.
SEO built into every rebuild
Each rebuilt page ships with valid structured data (Product, Offer, Breadcrumb), a single clean H1 hierarchy, descriptive alts, and correct meta and OG tags.
Multi-market payment plans
A 50/50 split-payment plan rolled out across every market and audited product by product, with per-country gating so local providers appear where they should.
Verified before reported
Every UI change is screenshot-verified at desktop and mobile widths, in multiple market currencies, before the client hears the word done.
Maintenance is the floor, not the ceiling.
Alongside the weekly development work we designed a full homepage concept for the brand's next iteration: outcome-led copy, a build-your-setup flow, and the trust signals (local delivery, installation, after-sales engineers in each country) promoted from footnotes to the spine of the page.
It is the same thinking that runs the store day to day, applied one step ahead of it.

The habits that keep it boring, in the good way.
Nothing here is heroic. It is the same disciplined loop every week, which is exactly why the client can plan around it.
Weekly syncs
A standing Monday call with the founder and marketing lead. Priorities set together, surprises kept small.
Everything logged
Every session ends with a worklog entry: what changed, how it was verified, and how to roll it back. Monthly reports roll it up.
Nothing straight to live
Audits before changes, staging before publishing, human confirmation before anything goes live. The pattern that dented sales once is gone.
Honest recommendations
Where tools overlapped or scripts hurt performance, we said so and consolidated. The client asked for a design partner, not a yes-man.
