1. Services
AG WebWorx provides WordPress design and development, custom web applications, SEO, and maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
2. Quotes & payment
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not final quotes. Project work is confirmed by a written estimate. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, or monthly billing for care plans) are stated in the proposal. Care plans have no long-term lock-in and may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and access needed to complete the work, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
4. Revisions & delivery
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may shift with client response time or scope changes.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, excluding third-party assets, licensed components, and our pre-existing tools, which are provided under licence.
6. Warranties & liability
Work is provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
